Shipping and Returns Policy for Franklin's Venture Partners, LLC

1. Shipping Policy

  • a. Processing Time: All orders are processed within three business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders that won't ship on time, standard procedure is to reach out to the customer.

  • b. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

  • c. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • d. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Franklin's Venture Partners, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

  • e. Damages: Franklin's Venture Partners, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

2. Return Policy

a. Return Period: We offer a 24 hour return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

b. Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund unless theres reasoning otherwise.

c. Return Process: To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

d. Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
